Dr. Jomon Joseph, Scientist 'F' from NCCS, Pune visited the lab in July first week and delivered a talk on "Novel role for a nucleoporin in microRNA pathway"  Anu Rajeev and Hanuman Dagur are the BS-MS students who have joined lab for their 5th Year project work. Smita and Yogesh have graduated in the convocation held on 3rd June 2017. Dr. Subhojit Sen, from CEBS, Mumbai, visited the lab in mid February and delivered a talk on "Ambivalent nature of Bivalent nucleosomes: clues leading from Stem cells to Cancer" Dr. Dhananjay Huilgol from CSHL visited the lab and delivered a talk on "Developmental mechanisms of projection neurons in the forebrain"  Dr. Bhavana Muralidharan, from TIFR visited the lab and gave a talk on "Molecular mechanisms regulating cell fate specification in the developing cerebral cortex"  Mansi received FAAC funding for attending Sumo Meeting in Shanghai, China during 21-23 October 2016. In the second week of June 2016, we have shifted lab to main campus in Bhauri. Our new lab address is Lab#107, C- Block, Academic Building#3. Most probably we will move into research labs in Bhauri by June-July 2016. (Construction work in progress)    Lakhan visited the lab in early October 2015.  Saurabh attended Bangalore Microscopy course in late September. |
