About me

I am an undergraduate student of IISER Bhopal, currently pursuing my master’s project in Neurogenetics Lab. I completed my schooling from Kerala, my native place, and I joined IISER Bhopal in 2012. I got a chance to work in NIIST Thiruvananthapuram and CCMB Hyderabad (as IAS Fellow) during the summers. In my current project, we are trying to elucidate the role of senataxin in AOA2, a neurodegenerative disease using Drosophila as a model organism. Research fascinates me from my childhood, and now I got a good platform to explore it.
