Properties of molecule are quite different in its ground and excited-state. New properties originating from the excited-state can be applied in various applications. We synthesize new photoactive molecule and perform simple modification of commercially available molecule to study their properties in excited-state. We are also interested in studying the influence of supramolecular interaction on ground and excited state properties. Ultimate plan of this project is to make novel materials based on the modulated of physical and chemical properties.
